The only condition is that it should be relevant beyond doubts that techvoi is the one at fault, and that the client is not asking for refunds due to any other reason but not satisfactory work.

Usually we take 50% upfront and balance when the website is ready on our test servers, approved by you, and raring to go live. For projects worth $3000 upwards, we take 25% upfront, 25% when designs are complete and approved by the client, 50% when website is ready on our test servers and approved by you, ready to be pushed live.
